COOK TIME:

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
DIRECTIONS:
- Make the Spice Rub: In a small bowl, combine the Bird’s Nest Complete Curry Powder, Bird’s Nest Sweet Scotch, crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and dried parsley. Mix well to form a dry rub.
- Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture evenly over each piece, making sure to coat both sides well. You may not need the entire spice blend—store any leftover rub in an airtight container for later use. (Avoid contaminating the remaining blend with raw chicken.)
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill (indoor or outdoor) to medium. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken on the grill. Cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is nicely charred and the juices run clear. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption. Cook time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
- Serve and Enjoy: Let the chicken rest for 2–3 minutes after grilling, then serve hot with your favorite sides like grilled veggies, rice, or salad.
